By accessing the 88zz website (https://88zz.org) and using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted the Terms and Conditions set out below. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 88zz and each user of the platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the 88zz platform. 88zz reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions have been published in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the governing document.

To create an account on 88zz, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. 88zz reserves the right to close any account created using false information, at any time.

• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and accumulated funds may be forfeited.
• The name, address, phone number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and valid.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. You must not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 88zz support immediately.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

88zz strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that online gaming is legally permitted in your country or region.

To verify your age, 88zz may request any one of the following documents:

• A clear photo or scan of your National ID (NID) or birth registration certificate
• Photo of the data page of a valid passport
• Driving License (where applicable)
• Utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

To make a deposit on 88zz, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Using a payment method registered under a third party's name is strictly prohibited.

• Deposited funds will be credited to your gaming account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• 88zz reserves the right to review any suspicious deposits or unusual transactions and may temporarily suspend them if necessary.
• 88zz is actively committed to anti-money laundering and all transactions are monitored.

To withdraw from 88zz, your account must be fully verified. Please ensure the following conditions are met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• KYC verification must be complete and the account must be active.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the wagering requirement associated with that bonus.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (for first-time withdrawals).
• Maximum withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000 within 24 hours; maximum BDT 500,000 per month.

88zz reserves the right to decline or temporarily hold any withdrawal request if there is evidence of suspicious activity, fraud, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

88zz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms — please read them carefully before claiming. General bonus terms applicable to all promotions are listed below:

• Bonuses generally come with a 20x–35x wagering requirement. Check the specific bonus page for the exact figure.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per user. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be used on all games — some games have restricted or no eligibility for bonus money.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a set timeframe (typically 7–30 days).
• 88zz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must be a genuine new user.

All games on 88zz use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely unbiased and regularly verified by independent third-party auditors.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself. Please read the rules before you start playing.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, all bets placed on that game will be refunded.
• For Sports Betting, all bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled.
• Any detected attempt at match-fixing or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.
• Any abnormal profits obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches will be voided.
• If betting patterns are identified as fraudulent or unusual in 88zz's assessment, the account will be placed under review.

88zz believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment. We encourage all members to play responsibly. The following controls are available for you to set on your own account:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Set daily or weekly gaming time limits
• Set a temporary break (24 hours to 30 days)
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently deactivating your account for a specified period
• Access to gaming history and spending records

• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is violated
• Providing false identity or information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Intentional exploitation of software bugs or game errors
• Engaging in fraud, hacking, or any other illegal activity
• Involvement in money laundering or any unlawful financial transaction
• Harassing or threatening other users
• If the user is under 18 years of age or if an account is being operated on behalf of a minor

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. The valid balance of a voluntarily closed account will be refunded in full.

If a dispute arises with 88zz, please contact our customer service team in the first instance. We aim to review all complaints within 72 hours.

• You will receive an initial response within 72 hours of submitting your complaint.
• Complex matters may take 7–14 business days to resolve.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through customer service, a complaint may be submitted to the licensing authority.
• RNG audit reports are accepted as evidence in disputes regarding game outcomes.

88zz reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email address and a notification will be displayed on the platform.

• The date of any change will be noted in the "Last Updated" section at the top of this page.
• Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
